Designed for families and groups, Pennacook House offers mini-split air conditioning, multiple living areas, dining for 10, a large private yard, a propane grill and an outdoor shower.

Inside, the first floor includes a sunny eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living room, library and den. Four bedrooms are located on the second floor, with two additional bedrooms on the third floor.

• One bedroom with one bunk bed

The home has two full bathrooms with combination tub/showers and one half bathroom. The second- and third-floor bedrooms require stairs. A private washer and dryer are available in the basement, which also requires stairs.

Outside, guests can enjoy the large lawn, picnic table, propane grill and outdoor shower. Beach towels and nine beach chairs are provided and stored in the basement.

The home also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, cable television, mini-split air conditioning and year-round heating. Shops, restaurants, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, the bike path, Oak Bluffs Harbor and the beach are all within walking distance.
