Located on North Water Street the two spacious front porches face waters of Edgartown Harbor and the Edgartown North Wharf with dockage and launch service. Our backyard is one of the most spacious and safe in town. There is ample casual dining seating on the patio. The home is flexible and can accommodate a crowd yet be gracious and comfortable for a family. Private off-street parking, free bicycles, beach toys, and a concierge all work to complete your vacation experience.

The Captain Morse House is a large and beautiful in-town vacation rental. We are just 2 blocks to town, shopping, dining, beach, golf & fishing.

The front of the house has 10 rooms, 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, a gourmet kitchen, and a formal dining room. Out front on North Water Street, there are two large front porches with water views of Edgartown Harbor. North Wharf is located at the end of Morse Street. This is a working waterfront but you can use North Wharf for viewing the action on the harbor and fishing after hours.

When you rent the front of the house you share the patio, backyard, and driveway. The yard is one of the largest in town and features separate seating for two parties of 8. There is off-street parking one car.

The Captain Morse House is a luxurious in-town vacation rental just 2 blocks to town, shopping, dining, beach, golf & fishing. This unique home can be rented out in three different layouts. This is the West Wing Layout.

Accommodations:

6 bedrooms (A King, a Queen, a Full and three single Twin bedrooms) plus a 3-bed bunkroom sleeping loft with 4 bathrooms.

The 1st-floor consists of an open-plan living room, and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, private bar, Queen bedroom, and en-suite bath. The west door exits right onto the large patio and lawn.
At the top of the 2nd-floor staircase, there is a loft with a bunk bed and a twin bed for 3 people plus a shared bath. Through the hall, there is a single bedroom, a large king bedroom, and an en-suite bath. 
The 3rd-floor has a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

Please note that the stairs in this 1840's house are steep. People with mobility issues should sleep on the 1st floor.
