Inside, the home features an open-concept layout with a brand-new kitchen, dining
area, and comfortable living room—ideal for gathering after a day at the beach. The
house offers three bedrooms and one bath, thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease.
Step outside to enjoy a cozy, fenced-in backyard designed for true Vineyard living.
Highlights include a new bluestone patio with an outdoor tavern featuring a TV and
beverage cooler, comfortable seating with a fire pit, a Blackstone grill for easy outdoor
cooking, and a classic Vineyard must-have: an outdoor shower. Whether you’re here for

A large window air-conditioning unit cools the main living and dining area, and each
bedroom is equipped with its own window air conditioner to keep everyone comfortable

PETS

We charge a $25 per night, per pet fee. Otherwise, no pets are allowed at the house
per the lease. Properly documented service animals (not emotional support
animals) are permitted in accordance with OTA policies and applicable laws. The pet
fee helps offset additional cleaning costs.

LOCATION
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just west of downtown Oak Bluffs, the
house is an easy walk to the heart of town. Guests can stroll past the iconic Oak Bluffs
Gingerbread Cottages and the Tabernacle on the way to Circuit Ave and the Harbor. No
car needed at this location.
